Two friends walk in the forest. They find a wounded body on the side of the road. Once they find out that he is still alive and in huge need of medical help, the two main characters have to decide if they’re gonna help him even if it’s dangerous or they save themselves and let the wounded person die.
Director Biography – Gergely Jakab
I was born in Hungary but raised in Germany. I fell in love with filmmaking 2 years ago.
Director Statement
This short film (High Road) has been written in May 2021, knowing that I want to film it in that same year with whatever resources I have. It was also meant as an experiment if I could direct a movie and if I would enjoy it.
